Tuition Policy

Little Bible Buddies operates on a flat-rate tuition model, meaning tuition is based on enrollment rather than daily attendance. This policy is essential to maintaining the quality and reliability of our services. Here’s why:

Securing Your
Child’s Spot

When you enroll your child, we reserve their place in our program. Whether they attend every scheduled day or miss due to illness, vacation, harsh weather conditions, and other circumstances, that spot remains exclusively for them.

Staffing &
Operational Costs

Our center employs dedicated, qualified staff to maintain appropriate child-to-teacher ratios and ensure a consistent learning environment. Staff wages, rent, utilities, insurance, and other essential costs remain the same whether a child is present or absent.

Fairness to
All Families

A consistent tuition structure allows us to fairly distribute costs and keep rates as affordable as possible. A pay-per-attendance model would require significantly higher daily rates and could result in inconsistent staffing, forcing us to turn away students if not properly staffed to meet child-to-teacher ratios.
Weekly tuition is due each Friday prior to the upcoming week of service. Any payment not received by Monday at drop-off will be subject to a $25 late fee. If payment is not received by end-of-day Monday on the week of service, then the child may not return until the account is current including all late penalties. Each family is permitted one vacation week per year with written two weeks’ notice. Beyond this time, tuition is due weekly regardless of attendance to keep your child enrolled.

Delaware County Department of Human Services – Early Learning Resource Center Region 15

ELRC Region 15 is the hub of child care information in Delaware County. ELRC 15 provides you and your family with information on quality child care and personalized childcare referrals to providers based on your specific needs or preferences. ELRC 15 also administers the Child Care Works subsidized child care program.

Delaware County Department of Human Services – Early Intervention

Early Intervention services are free to eligible children in Pennsylvania. Early Intervention through DCIU is designed to help children with special needs from age three to before they enter kindergarten. Every child benefits when developmental delays, disabilities and special needs are identified and addressed early in life. If you have any concerns about your child’s development, please contact the Office of Early Intervention. Call (610) 938-2830 x6502 or x6503 for more information.

  • For children ages birth to 2 years and 10 months, living anywhere in Delaware County: 610-713-2406
  • For children ages 2 years and 9 months to enrollment in a kindergarten or other school age program, living in any Delaware County school district except Chester-Upland: 610-938-2830 x6502 or x6503
